Warranty & Support
Our Five Year Limited Parts Warranty warrants LED Displays and the associated products
against any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years (warranty period) to
the original purchaser*. This warranty covers parts (LED’s, Power Supplies, Cooling Fans,
Internal Electronic Components, & Cabinet). In addition, we include a 3-year labor warranty to
troubleshoot and repair at our facility. The warranty period begins immediately on the date the
display is shipped.
Rest assured that you have made the correct purchasing decision backed by an
experienced, knowledgeable team of technicians with one goal in mind: maintain maximum operability
of your display. Our commitment to you brings free, unlimited technical support to you or your
customer for as long as you own your LED display. This is not a web “knowledge base” for
you to find answers, but a team of professionals from our facility in Florida answering your calls
when the phone rings.
* On-site labor warranty optional. Dependent upon meeting all obligations and
commitments per the terms of the sales agreement for each display. Subject to proper installation to
include grounding as directed by local authorities / National Electric Code. Does not apply to
off-the-shelf peripherals (computers, wireless antennae, etc) covered by their respective
