Responsibilities and Requirements:
Plan an effective targeted sales approach to a variety of channel resellers and national chains.
Build, develop and manage qualified sales leads.
Sell LED displays by establishing contact and developing relationships with “Business to Business” prospects.
Open new accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
The building, developing and managing qualified sales funnel of opportunities. Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
Implements field sales action plans, including leveraging functionality and utility of CRM.
Actively pursue all electronic display projects in assigned geography. Assist team in securing the order or pulling together the appropriate resources to secure the order.
Will call on sign companies and promote products/services via in-person meetings, webinars, phone, email, and website.
Will conduct a demonstration of products at site visits, trade shows, and meetings.
Work effectively as a team member. Work with limited daily supervision.
Skills and Qualifications:
Customer service, meeting sales goals, closing skills, territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, self-confidence, product knowledge, presentation skills, client relationships and motivation for sales.
Bachelor’s degree (Business, sales, economics, marketing, engineering, electronics, IT) with 2 years of proven successful sales experience.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and the Web.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, ideally SalesForce.com
Motivated and a team player. Initiative to solve problems and seek improvement. Goal oriented with proven leadership capability.

American LED Technology is looking for Support Technicians to join our growing team.
What you will be doing:
Be exceptional while providing technical support to our customers.
Issue identification and resolution.
Provide support in all aspects of customer care and device management.
Collaborate with your team to analyze and develop solutions to highly complex problems.
Manage phone calls, instant messaging and ticket queues so that client issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
Facilitate remote web sessions with clients having technical issues that cannot be resolved via the phone or through email.
Develop a complete understanding of American LED Technology’s products with a working knowledge of complementary products and services.
What we are looking for:
Must be driven to exceed at Customer Support.
Knowledge of basic troubleshooting processes.
Strong familiarity with wireless network products
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skill
Must be detailed in documenting information and practice good follow-through techniques
Education/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Two or more years of work experience supporting end-user computing and mobile devices preferred
Experience with Remote Desktop Support is preferred
Higher education or technical certifications (e.g. MCSA, MCSE, A+, or similar)
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday; 8 am – 5 pm.
